Started in March 2010 as an entrepreneurial venture, SCHNELL has grown into a leading player in Drone Ecosystem over a period of 13 years. With more than 1000 clients across various domains throughout India, SCHNELL is working with Indian Armed Forces, Police Departments, Forest Departments, Mining & Infrastructure Companies & prominent educational institutes for deployment of Drones & Drone related services.

With expertise in Drones & Drones related services, Schnell has deployed more than 100 drones across 18 states & trained more than 500 pilots. Schnell Team has an experience of conducting more than 10,000 flights of various types of Drones/UAV across India in different terrain & different weather conditions. Schnell Drone Technologies Ltd. is Exclusive India-Partner of Blue Marble Geographics, USA for its famous GIS product Global Mapper & point cloud processing software Global Mapper Pro. This product has been deployed across large number of Army Units & Air Force Stations as well as various major private companies including Tata Group companies, Larsen & Toubro, Adani Group companies to name a few. Schnell is also strategic partner of Agisoft LLC, Russia, for its famous drone data processing software Metashape. Metashape has been deployed for large number of clients including Survey of India, National Remote Sensing Center, BARC & Space Application Centre.

Management

Bhushan Sharad Khomane

Bhushan Sharad Khomane, aged 45 years, is the Chairman and Managing Director of Schnell Drone Technologies Ltd. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Pune. He also pursued PGDBM in Marketing & International Business. In the past, he was associated with Tata Consultancy Services in the capacity of Systems Engineer and with Rolta India Limited in the capacity of Assistant Manager in sales and marketing division. He has been associated with Schnell since incorporation and oversees the marketing division as well as strategic planning. He has an experience of more than a decade in marketing and selling of software products and drones.

Satyawan Balwant Jadhav

Satyawan Balwant Jadhav, aged 44 years, is one of the Promoters of Schnell Drone Technologies Ltd. He is a Whole-time Director and Chief Technical Officer of Schnell. He holds bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from University of Pune. He also attended Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education to pursue a diploma in production technology. In the past, he was associated with Rolta India Limited in the capacity of Senior Executive and with Trinity Comnet Private Limited in the capacity of Manager (Sales). He has been associated with Schnell since 2013 and oversees drone training, drone repair and maintenance and drone development. He has experience of more than a decade in offering drone services, training and development.

Sharmin Sahil Inamdar

Sharmin Sahil Inamdar, aged 49 years, is one of the Promoters of Schnell Drone Technologies Ltd. She is a Whole-time Director of Schnell. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Science from University of Pune. She has also done Masters in Marketing Management from Pondicherry University. She has been associated with Schnell since 2010 in the capacity of Business Development Head (North India region). Presently, she heads the Business Development division of Schnell.

CA Shailesh Shrinivas Rathi

Shailesh Shrinivas Rathi, aged 39 years, is a Non-executive Director of Schnell Drone Technologies Ltd.. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Pune. He had attended University of Pune to pursue a master’s degree in commerce. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Account of India. He also has passed professional program examination conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has completed a course on indirect taxes organised by the indirect taxes committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also completed the programme on strategic thinking and leadership held at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

Anjani Kumar Agarwal

Anjani Kumar Agarwal, aged 49 years, is an Independent Director of Schnell Drone Technologies Ltd. He is Management Graduate & presently, he is Managing Director & CEO of DRS Dilip Roadlines Limited. He is an adept at marketing guru to the core and had pioneered an international standard school in Hyderabad, a vision that he cherished from his youth. After initial hiccups and hassles and umpteen hurdles he successfully established a true international model school that has many a first to its credit. He is known for contemporary ideas blending superbly with conventional wisdom.

Pavan Joseph

Pavan Joseph, aged 47 years, is an Independent Director of Schnell Drone Technologies Ltd. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from Mangalore University. He has completed the administrative French and civil knowledge program organised by Office of the Delegate for Foreigners, Department of Economy, France. He also completed the course in advanced French organised by Department of Public Economics, Employment Service, Direction of Training. He has also completed courses on languageline solutions new hire orientation and languageline solutions Linc Dei system training from LanguageLine Solutions Training Department. In the past, he was associated with Octagona India Private Limited in the capacity of business development manager. He is the sole proprietor of Inspera Business Consulting, which is engaged in offering consulting services.
